Return & Refund Policy — BLURRTD®

At BLURRTD®, our products are made to order, which means each item is printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or simply not liking the product.

Order Cancellation

You have 30 minutes from the time your order is placed to request a cancellation.

To cancel your order, email support@blurrtd.com within this 30-minute window. Please include your order number and mention “Order Cancellation” in the subject line.

Cancellation requests received after 30 minutes may not be accepted because your order may already have entered production.

Sending a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order. You will receive confirmation from BLURRTD® if your cancellation is successfully processed.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled.

Eligible Returns & Refunds

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your product arrives damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The print is significantly different from the design you ordered.
  • You received the wrong product or wrong item.
  • The product has another clear quality issue caused during production.

Time Limit

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blurrtd.com

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and clear photos/videos showing the problem.

Approved Returns & Refunds

If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A refund to your original payment method.

If the issue was caused by an error in production or fulfillment, BLURRTD® will cover the reasonable return/replacement costs where applicable.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect color selected by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or use
  • Minor variations that can naturally occur during printing or manufacturing

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
